Phase 2 Payments Start:
Phase 2 of the December installment began on Thursday, November 14, but payments were not initiated in all districts. In several districts, the distribution started today, Friday, November 15, and the official launch of payments across all districts will begin on Monday, November 18. Payments in this installment will only be disbursed at camp sites and not through ATMs or shops.

From November 18, payments of PKR 10,500 will be made to all beneficiaries in Phase 2 districts.
Educational Stipends and Increased Installments:
In addition to the regular PKR 10,500 payments, educational stipends for children will be disbursed in the January to March 2025 installment. This amount will be doubled for that period. Furthermore, beneficiaries’ regular installments will also increase by PKR 3,000, bringing the total to PKR 13,500, along with the educational stipend for children.

Payment Updates for Women in Verification Status:
Women who completed their surveys in 2023 and whose status showed “under verification” have now had funds credited to their accounts. These women must collect their payments promptly because their accounts will not be activated for future payments until the previous payments are collected.
Additionally, six banks are now operating under the BISP system. Women who are already eligible and whose accounts have been shifted to new banks should collect their payments from the respective banks.
Payments for Nashonuma Program:
Funds under the Nashonuma Program will be credited to beneficiaries’ accounts in December 2024. These payments, whether for one installment or two, will be deposited in December but will not be disbursed along with the PKR 10,500 regular installment.
Free Flour Scheme via PSER Survey
The Punjab government has decided to link all social welfare programs under the PSER Survey system. Starting February 1, 2025, individuals who complete the PSER Survey will automatically qualify for the Free Flour Scheme.
Additionally, PSER-registered individuals will benefit from:
- Subsidized rates at utility stores.
- Inclusion in the Free Flour Scheme.
- Access to Ramadan packages during the holy month of Ramadan.
The government has prioritized the Free Flour Scheme and aims to launch it officially by February 1, 2025
