Hunarmand Kamyab Jawan Program
To empower young individuals with digital skills, the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications has introduced the Hunarmand Kamyab Jawan Program.
The program’s objectives include:
- Boosting the economy
- Enhancing technical skills
- Creating additional business opportunities
The goal is to make Pakistan a global IT hub by educating the youth about advanced technologies and developments, contributing to the country’s growth and prosperity. Under this initiative, young individuals will receive free courses, certifications, internships, and scholarships.

3- and 6-Month Certification Courses
As part of the e-Hunar Program, talented students can enroll in 3- and 6-month courses. Each candidate can apply for up to three courses.
All participants will receive videos and assignments via the LMS (Learning Management System). A computer or laptop and an internet connection are the only requirements.

Step-by-Step Guide to Applying for the e-Hunar Program
The Ministry of IT and Telecommunications has simplified the online registration process, enabling students to apply from the comfort of their homes.
- Visit the Website:
Go to www.ehunar.org and click the “Apply Now” button. - Sign Up:
Enter your name, CNIC (National ID card number), email, mobile number, and a secure password in the form, then click “Sign-Up.” - Email Verification:
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and click “Verify Email.” - Log In to the Portal:
Log in using your registered email and password. - Complete the Application Form:
Provide details like your father’s name, address, province, city, date of birth, gender, and educational qualifications. - Select Courses:
Choose up to three courses and include a reference code, if available. - Attempt the Online Test:
Click “Attempt Online Test,” follow the given instructions, and submit your answers within 72 hours. - Wait for Results:
Results will be available within 12 to 24 hours. - Pay Admission Fee:
Submit the fee as per the provided instructions. - Confirm Admission:
Confirm your successful admission and obtain digital documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have at least a matriculation certificate (high school diploma).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English are required.
- Candidates scoring a minimum of 40 marks on the online test will be eligible for admission.
