There is no need to wait for Phase 2 or Phase 3
During the inaugural ceremony of the Humat Card Scheme, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif announced that individuals with disabilities (special persons) who missed out on Phase 1 for any reason can still apply.
How to Apply:
Write a Simple Application:
Address it to the Chief Minister Secretariat, Punjab.
Mention your disability and the challenges you face clearly in the application.
Send Copies of Your Application to the Following:
Social Welfare Office in your city/district.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office of your district.
Keep a Copy:
Retain a copy of the application for your personal records.
Next Steps:
After submitting your application, you will receive a call from the Social Welfare Office.
They will provide you with a file number.
Save this file number carefully, as it will be required for future updates and processing your registration.
Eligibility Reminder:
If you are financially struggling, unable to work due to your condition, and your disability certificate mentions “Not Fit for Work,” you should apply to ensure you receive assistance.
