Dynamic Survey:
The government has announced a schedule for conducting a Dynamic Survey every three years. If individuals fail to complete their survey within this time frame, they will be immediately removed from the program, and new eligible beneficiaries will be given the opportunity. Here’s what you need to know:
Complete Your Dynamic Survey Before 31st December:
- Those who haven’t updated their survey for years and have been receiving payments might face disqualification.
- If your survey isn’t completed by 31st December, your payments will stop, and you may remain disqualified in the new year, losing benefits for the next three years.
- To avoid this, visit your nearest Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) office with your CNIC and complete your survey as soon as possible.
Children’s Stipends Update:
If you haven’t received your children’s stipends yet, don’t worry.
Double installments of stipends will be provided in January 2025.
Kafalat Program Updates:
The first two phases of the Kafalat Program have started, with eligible women receiving PKR 10,500 per installment.
The third and fourth phases will also begin soon.
Only individuals marked as eligible on the 8171 web portal can receive their installments. If you are eligible, there’s no need to worry—you’ll continue receiving support for the next three years.
Dynamic Survey Status:
Individuals who completed their Dynamic Survey in the last six months and are marked eligible on the 8171 web portal are confirmed for the next three years.
If the portal advises you to visit the nearest office for a survey, make sure to complete it before 31st December to maintain your eligibility.
ATM and Payment Updates:
Many issues related to bank ATMs and payment delays are being resolved:
- Accounts won’t be blocked if payments remain uncollected for nine months.
- ATM services have been restored, allowing beneficiaries to withdraw payments from any district.
Those undergoing verification will have their cases resolved soon. Before the next installment of PKR 13,500, verification for all pending cases will be completed.

Use the 8171 web portal to check your status regularly.
The portal provides real-time updates, including:
- Confirmation of eligibility.
- Payment details.
Resolutions for any issues, such as disqualification or verification results.
