The Central Clergyman of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has endorsed the first “Boss Priest Dialysis Program Card”.This initiative increases funding for dialysis patients’ treatment to Rs. 10 million.

Details of the Chief Minister Dialysis Program Card
During a special meeting chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the progress of health plans and programs was reviewed.
It was uncovered during the preparation that patients from different territories are additionally profiting from Punjab’s free dialysis administrations. Free medicines are being sent to Sindh, Balochistan, and other provinces.
The Chief Minister directed that dialysis treatments should continue without interruption. Additionally, it was decided to establish more dialysis units in Punjab.
The Punjab Healthcare Commission has been instructed to ensure compliance with SOPs at dialysis centers and conduct strict monitoring of all centers across the province.
Maryam Nawaz communicated solid dissatisfaction with regards to the spread of HIV among dialysis patients in Multan, requesting a report in 24 hours or less. She called the incident not only unfortunate but also shameful. She emphasized that the excuse of insufficient funds to halt dialysis treatment is unacceptable and that treatments must continue.
