BISP Kafalat Program:
All women who are regular beneficiaries in the districts mentioned for Phase 2 have good news, but they should avoid visiting the centers if their cards have expired. Around 90% of women who recently updated their cards are experiencing issues with their payments, as devices are showing “Customer Not Found” or “District Not Match” status due to district changes. It’s recommended that these women wait or first check their interface to confirm their district and payment location. Payments have been transferred to all regular beneficiaries’ accounts, and those in Phase 2 can collect them within a day or two.

How Verification Beneficiaries Can Confirm Their Status:
Women undergoing verification can confirm their eligibility status since the 8171 portal only shows “Registered in Dynamic Registry” for all, including regular and ineligible beneficiaries. To know if payments are issued, beneficiaries should use either the helpline or interface to check their payment status.
For those still undergoing verification, the recommended method is to use the Enrollment App. Entering their CNIC here will help them check if their status is “Beneficiary Not Found” or if they are prompted to add children, confirming payment eligibility. If “Beneficiary Not Found” appears, they should wait until January, when their status is expected to be updated.
Important Steps for Verification Beneficiaries:
Women awaiting verification should also ensure they create “B-Forms” for their children as soon as possible, registered under their own name. Without these, future installments may not be received. All recipients of the Waseela-e-Taleem program should register their children and update school information if they’ve changed schools, ensuring they continue receiving benefits.
