BISP Dynamic Survey Registration Start:
Women who wish to join the Benazir Income Support Program and have not yet completed their survey are advised by the government to visit the BISP Tehsil office to register through the Dynamic Survey. After registration, they will be informed via SMS (8171) if they are eligible for the Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
Requirements for Survey Registration:
To complete the survey, certain conditions must be met:
Children’s B-Forms: Mothers must present B-Forms of their children, which must display the CNIC numbers of both parents.
Spouses’ CNICs: The husband’s and wife’s CNICs should be registered in each other’s names to complete the survey.
Families with more members and school-going children have a higher chance of eligibility for the program, while smaller families may not qualify.
Re-Verification for Ehsaas Kafalat Program:
The government has set a deadline in November for women needing re-verification. If not verified by then, they may be disqualified from the Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
For regular beneficiaries and women in Phase Two areas, payments have been deposited in their accounts and will be available starting Monday or Tuesday. Existing centers remain operational unless closed; in such cases, alternate centers have been set up.
Issues with Account Payments:
Some women may not have received payments due to issues such as urgent CNIC issuance, expired CNICs, or district changes during the survey. Payments will be available in their updated district.
Checking Ehsaas Kafalat Program Eligibility:
To verify eligibility, call the helpline or use the Enrollment App at the center to ensure your children are enrolled in the Waseela-e-Taleem program. If eligible, you can receive the next installment of PKR 13,500, expected in January 2025 or possibly at the end of November.
PMT Score Check:
Women can check their PMT score by calling the helpline or visiting the interface.
Benazir Nashonuma Program Payments:
Benazir Nashonuma Program payments may be available with children’s payments at the end of November or in January 2025. If delays occur, the payments may be combined.
