Benazir Kafalat Program Start:
The Phase Two of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has officially started and is operational in the following districts:
Sindh: Karachi Central, Karachi East, Korangi, Malir, Karachi South, Kemari, Thatta, Lasbela, Hub, Sanghar, Nawabshah (Benazirabad), Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Matiari, Umerkot
Punjab: Pakpattan, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Jhang
Balochistan: Gwadar
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP): Peshawar, Charsadda, Khyber Agency, Mohmand Agency, Bajaur, North Waziristan, South Waziristan, Nowshera, Hangu, Swabi
Sindh (additional): Jamshoro, Dadu
This phase specifically caters to these 35 districts, and only beneficiaries from these areas are currently eligible.
Payment Process for Regular Beneficiaries:
Screening at BISP Centers:
Visit your nearest BISP Center to confirm payment availability.
If your payment is available, a token will be issued; otherwise, you will be asked to wait.
Payment Collection:
Collect your payment through biometric verification at the center.
BISP staff will assist and ensure transparency during the process.
Report Deductions:
If any unauthorized deductions are made, report immediately at the BISP center or via the BISP Helpline.
Installment Details:
Each installment is PKR 10,500.
Educational stipends for children are not included in this amount.
Educational Stipends Update:
Beneficiaries who received educational stipends for children six to seven months ago will receive a double installment in January 2025.

Payments for Pending and Verified Cases:
Women undergoing verification with completed surveys and cleared data will receive payments in January 2025.
Payments for verified accounts will begin in the first week of January 2025.

Beneficiaries with a PMT score below 32 will be eligible for payments.
Beneficiaries with a PMT score above 32 will not qualify for installments under this phase.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to stay informed and ensure their eligibility through updated surveys and adherence to the program’s guidelines.
