Benazir Kafalat:
The second phase of the October to December installment of the Kafalat Program is scheduled to begin on November 12. According to various sources, payments for this phase will start at 9 a.m. on Monday, and can be collected from nearby camp locations. This phase includes several districts from Punjab, as well as Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Latest Payment Update:
Following this installment, educational stipends for your children will be transferred to your accounts. Previously, there was concern about whether these payments would be issued, but by the end of this month, the stipends will be deposited in all accounts. However, note that although the funds will be in your accounts, you may not be able to withdraw them immediately. It was previously announced that double installments for children’s stipends would be provided in January 2025. If you receive the stipends in your accounts earlier, you can attempt to withdraw them from a nearby camp. If that’s not possible, you will receive the double installment in January 2025. This means that those worried about eligibility or a suspension of their children’s payments can rest assured, as all pending stipend payments will be issued in double amounts.

Update on 8171 Web Portal Issues:
Many users have faced issues with the 8171 web portal, such as eligibility information not being shown and no display of Kafalat Program payments or children’s stipends. An update for the 8171 portal has now been announced. By November 15, eligibility for the Kafalat Program, the Dynamic Registry, Utility Store subsidies, and payment status will all be viewable on the portal.

In addition, those who want to check their payment status can do so through the updated 8171 portal when it’s fully functional. If you wish to check earlier, you can call the Benazir Income Support Program helpline at 0800-26477 for assistance.
Important Update on the Dynamic Survey:
An important update regarding the Dynamic Survey has also been issued. No new date will be provided for the survey, so regular beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program who have been receiving payments for years are required to complete their Dynamic Survey by December 31. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the program, and they will not receive any future installments. Therefore, it is recommended that all beneficiaries complete their Dynamic Survey as soon as possible. If you have already completed the survey, there’s no need to worry.
