Loan and Plot Details:
Maximum Plot Size:
Urban Areas: Up to 5 marlas.
Rural Areas: Up to 10 marlas.
Loan Limit: PKR 1.5 million.
First Installment: PKR 750,000 (to start construction).
Second Installment: PKR 750,000 (after roof construction and survey approval).
How the Loan Works
First Installment: Released before construction begins.
Second Installment: Issued upon completion of the roof. A government representative will inspect the progress and approve the next payment.
Conditions for Using the Loan:
- The loan must only be used for home construction.
- Bills and expense records for construction must be submitted to the relevant office (NRSP or government foundation).
- Construction progress will be surveyed by government representatives.
Key Requirements:
Clearance Certificate: Applicants must provide a certificate stating no criminal record, issued at least two months prior to the application.

Land Ownership:
The land must be registered in the applicant’s or their nominee’s name.
Registration and land mortgage costs are the applicant’s responsibility.
Loan Repayment
Duration: Up to 9 years (108 months).
First Installment Grace Period: Repayment begins after 3 months.
No service charges or fees will be applied during the loan process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Residency: Must be a resident of Punjab.
Age:
Minimum: 25 years.
Maximum: 55 years at the time of loan application.
Credit History:
Must not be a defaulter or blacklisted by any institution.
No prior loans exceeding PKR 1.8 million.
Documentation and Guarantees:
Guarantors: Two guarantors required:
One must be a government employee (BPS-6 or higher).
Guarantee Checks: Five checks worth PKR 300,000 each must be provided.
Income Verification: Loan installments must not exceed 50% of the applicant’s income.
Record Maintenance: All loan-related documents and construction records will be maintained by the foundation.
In Case of Borrower’s Death
The loan will not be waived.
Legal heirs or guarantors must repay the loan.
Ownership Transfer After Repayment
Once the loan is fully repaid, the plot’s mortgage will be canceled, and ownership will revert to the applicant.
