Three Types of Women Disqualified:
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has announced the disqualification of three categories of women from receiving financial aid. These disqualifications include:
Women Not Registered in the Dynamic Registry
Women who have not completed their registration in the Dynamic Registry will no longer be eligible.
Women with Increased PMT Scores
Women whose Poverty Means Test (PMT) scores have increased beyond the eligibility threshold are disqualified.
Government Employees with Salaries Above PKR 70,000
All women who are government employees earning more than PKR 70,000, including their spouses, are deemed ineligible for the program.
How to Check Your Eligibility:
To verify if you are eligible to receive assistance under the Benazir Income Support Program, follow these steps:
Visit the 8171 Web Portal to check your eligibility status.
If the portal shows your status as “eligible” and confirms your registration in the Dynamic Registry, you will remain part of the program and continue receiving the PKR 13,500 installment.
Important Notice:
Pending Eligibility Status
If your status indicates that you are registered in the Dynamic Registry but awaiting eligibility confirmation, this could be a concern. Only deserving women with accurate information will be included in the program.
Women in this category will be informed of their final eligibility status by the end of December.
Unregistered in Dynamic Registry
Women whose portal status shows “eligible” but are not registered in the Dynamic Registry must visit their nearest BISP office for registration.
How to Update or Conduct a New Survey:
For those needing to update their information or conduct a new survey, ensure you have the following documents:
- CNICs of husband and wife
- Children’s B-Form
- Latest electricity bill
Visit your nearest BISP office with these documents to complete the survey process.

Payment Details:
The new installment of PKR 13,500 will begin transferring to eligible accounts by the end of December.
Payments can be collected in January.
Only women showing “eligible” status on the 8171 web portal and registered in the Dynamic Registry will receive the payment.
Final Deadline:
Women who fail to register in the Dynamic Registry by December 30 will be disqualified from the program on December 31. This will result in a large number of women losing their eligibility and being excluded from receiving the PKR 13,500 installment.
Ensure your registration is completed and status is confirmed to avoid disqualification
