Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is continuing the distribution of payments under the Benazir Kafalat Program across the country. As was the case before, payments are being distributed in different phases. So far, about 90 percent of payments have been distributed in 16 districts in the first phase. - From Punjab: 6 districts
- From Kashmir: 7 districts
- From Gilgit-Baltistan: 7 districts
- From Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP): 14 districts
- From Sindh: 9 districts
- From Balochistan: 11 districts

How to Receive Your Kafalat Program Payment:
If your district is included in the second phase, and you want to collect your payment, here is what you need to do:
Once your payment is released, you will receive an SMS from BISP confirming the release of your payment.
After receiving the SMS, immediately go to your nearest BISP payment center.
At the payment center, you will need to complete your biometric verification.
Once verified, you will be able to receive your payment.
Please note, there is no other method for receiving payments. Payments are only being distributed through the designated BISP payment centers, so you are advised to visit these centers without delay.
When Will the Third Phase of Payments Start?
If your district is not included in the second phase of payments, there is no need to worry. According to BISP’s updates, the beneficiaries from districts not included in the second phase will be part of the third phase, which is scheduled to start within the next week.
