Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Double Installment:
Many people are inquiring about the installments for children’s education stipends and when these stipends will be issued. Please note that it won’t be a single installment; rather, you will receive two installments. However, this installment will not be received with the current payment of PKR 10,500 that’s ongoing in November. The funds for children’s education stipends will be transferred to your account in December and can be withdrawn in January. The educational stipends will consist of two installments which you will be able to collect.

Availability of Payments through HBL Devices:
There are questions regarding whether payments can be withdrawn from HBL devices. In the districts where the government has initiated payments, cash can be collected not only through HBL but also via Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, and other banks operating in these regions. Payment distribution continues through HBL in areas where HBL operates, so you can withdraw your payments from there as well.
Eligibility Updates Starting in November:
Starting in November, four new categories of people will be deemed eligible. The government has prepared lists:
- Individuals who have completed new surveys will be included.
- People under Janch Partal will also be considered.
- Adjustments will be made in the portal for those already registered, and eligible individuals will be added to the list while some may be removed.
- Once the portal is updated, most issues will be resolved, allowing easier access to payments.

Upcoming Payments of PKR 13,000 and Stipend Installments:
The first installment of PKR 13,000 will begin in January. Those who haven’t yet received the PKR 10,500 payment will also be provided with both installments in January, totaling PKR 10,500 and PKR 13,500, along with doubled payments for children’s education stipends.

Janch Partal and Final Updates in December:
From December 25, individuals under Janch Partal will be added to the eligible list once more. The final announcement will be made in December, and payments for verified individuals will be released in January. The 2025 budget will support the inclusion of those verified and those who have completed new surveys.
