Benazir Kafalat Program Phase 2 Pyment Start:
The second phase of the Benazir Kafalat Program has now been launched, covering multiple districts from various provinces. Below are the names of the districts included in this phase:
Participating Districts:
Sindh: Umerkot, Matiari, Tharparkar, Mirpur Khas, Nawabshah (Benazirabad), Sanghar, Thatta, Kamari, Karachi South, Malir, Korangi, Karachi East, Karachi Central
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Bajaur, Swabi, Hangu, Nowshera, Upper South Waziristan, South Waziristan, North Waziristan, Khyber Agency, Mohmand Agency, Charsadda, Peshawar
Punjab: Jhang, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Pakpattan
Balochistan: Gwadar, Hub, Lasbela
Other Areas: Jamshoro
Previously, installments were distributed in 19 districts under the first phase. Now, the program has expanded to cover a total of 54 districts. Beneficiaries from these districts can start collecting their payments from the nearest camp sites. However, it is essential to confirm whether the payment process is active at your local camp before visiting.

How to Check Your Payment Status?
You can check your payment status using two methods:
8171 Web Portal:
Open Google and search for “8171 Web Portal.”
Enter your CNIC (National Identity Card) number on the portal.
Complete the CAPTCHA and submit.
The system will inform you if you are eligible and whether your payment is available. If marked “Eligible,” your payment is ready for collection. If marked “Under Review,” your payment has not yet been processed.
BISP Helpline:
You can call the BISP helpline at 0800-26477 for further assistance and updates about your payments or program status.
Important Information for Beneficiaries:
If you are already registered in the Dynamic Registry and eligible for the program, you do not need to worry. However, beneficiaries who have not yet completed their Dynamic Survey must do so before the 31st of next month. Failure to complete the survey will result in disqualification from the program.

Updates on Child Stipends:
Regarding stipends for children, no new installments have been issued yet. However, double payments are expected to be transferred to beneficiaries’ accounts in January. There is also a possibility that these payments may begin arriving as early as December.
