Status Categories for Female Beneficiaries:
Existing Beneficiaries Checking Their Status
When older beneficiaries check their status, it usually shows that they are eligible for the Benazir Kafalat Program. If they have not received the PKR 10,500 installment, they should visit the nearest Benazir payment center to collect it. For these women, the system also indicates that they are already registered in the dynamic registry, confirming their eligibility for further installments.
Status Showing Dynamic Registry Completion but Pending Eligibility Confirmation
This status is for women who completed their dynamic registration before June 2024 and have a PMT score below 32. Their verification is nearly complete, and they are expected to be included in the program by January 2025. However, if any new information appears, such as owning a vehicle, government job, or having an income source, they could be disqualified.
Status Showing Dynamic Registry Registration Without Verification or Eligibility Decision
There are two groups within this status:
- Women who completed the survey after June 2024, meaning their registration is complete, but their verification and eligibility have not yet been finalized.
- Women whose PMT score has increased above 32 and are on the verge of disqualification. Their status will be updated in January 2025, likely showing them as ineligible.
Women Who Were Previously Eligible but Now Show as Registered in Dynamic Registry Only
Some women who previously saw “eligible” when checking their status may now see “registered in the dynamic registry.” This change often results from updated FBR records showing assets, income, or other indicators such as government employment, land ownership, or high bank account balances. Consequently, they are marked as ineligible.

Women who completed their survey after June 2024 and have not yet been verified will need to wait for a final decision.
Women with a PMT score above 32 will have their status changed in January 2025, marking them as ineligible.
The 8171 portal has been updated to reflect these changes in beneficiary status.
