Registration Process
To participate in the Punjab Livestock Card Scheme, farmers need to follow a straightforward SMS registration:
- Open the messaging app on a mobile device.
- Type: “PCL <space> [CNIC number]”.
- Send this message to 8070.
- Visit the nearest Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch to collect the Livestock Card upon approval.

- Must be a cattle farmer, male or female.
- Possess a valid CNIC.
